From inbox nurture → tours
The new lead-nurture thought process for 10xftlapts.com: keep the 12-email sequence, add a premium physical booklet and tour-focused response drivers, and bridge hot tour bookings into RPM’s system, while RPM keeps segmentation and digital ads.
Same foundation. Stronger path from engaged lead to a booked tour. No invented conversion rates, ROI, or timeline promises. Just a clearer nurture motion.
Before · Old process
Inbox-first nurture
Drive engagement from web traffic
12-email sequence to every lead
Capture low-hanging hot leads
Pass all lead data (hot + cold + email-engaged) back to RPM for their segmentation / Google / Meta / TikTok ads
Hot lead schedules a tour; date/time captured for handoff.
→
03
Rental application
Tour interest converts into an application when the prospect is ready.
→
04
Paid tenant
Approved applicants move in. That is the outcome the whole funnel serves.
03 · Physical response driver
The 16-page booklet
1 / 10
Premium print that backs the inbox
Email keeps the cadence. The booklet gives prospects something beautiful and persistent: property highlights and amenities from 10xftlapts.com, designed to prompt a tour, not just another open.
Turn the pages below: cover plus 9 facing-page spreads from the real 10X Deluxe Pano booklet.
Pairs with the existing 12-email sequence (not a replacement)
Aimed at faster response and tour intent alongside other response drivers
04 · Proposed integration
Tour booking webhook bridge
When a hot lead books a tour from our nurture, date and time should land correctly in RPM’s current tour booking system. We sync into whatever RPM confirms is the system of record. This is a proposed bridge pattern, not a claim that day-one LeadNet wiring already exists.
STEP 01
Lead books a tour
Prospect responds to nurture (email, booklet, or other tour driver) and selects a tour date/time.
STEP 02
Proposed webhook
Structured payload would carry lead identity + confirmed tour date/time from the nurture flow, if and when RPM opens a partner integration path.
STEP 03
RPM’s tour system
Date/time lands in RPM’s current tour booking system, whichever system of record Gabby/Jamie confirm for this asset.
What we see publicly on 10xftlapts.com · Research
Live tour UX = EliseAI self-schedule tour (SST). Site = Yardi RentCafe; apply / OLE = RentCafe SecureCafe. Knock Doorway is also embedded (tour → Knock guest card = likely, unconfirmed). APIs / webhooks in these vendor ecosystems are partner-gated. Day-one LeadNet wiring is unknown. We do not claim an existing integration with Elise, Knock, or RentCafe.
How we frame it with RPM
“We’ll sync into whatever you confirm is the system of record.” Primary ask: confirm SoR for guest cards / tours at 10X. Until then, treat the bridge as a proposed pattern, not an open API or a wired day-one connection.
05 · Clear ownership
What stays with RPM
The new thought process expands Modern Solution’s nurture motion. It does not take over RPM’s media or segmentation stack.
RPM owns
Segmentation
How lead data is cut, prioritized, and routed across hot / cold / engaged cohorts remains RPM’s call.
RPM owns
Google · Meta · TikTok ads
Deploying digital ads from that segmented data stays with RPM, same as the old process.
Modern Solution runs
Nurture + booklet
12-email sequence, 16-page physical booklet, and other response drivers aimed at booking tours.
Modern Solution proposes
Tour webhook bridge
When nurture produces a booked tour, push date/time into RPM’s confirmed system of record. Pattern only until RPM opens partner access.
